Jobs

The Adriel Hampton Group (AHG) is a boutique digital strategy and content firm based in California. We are a small shop staffed by radical professionals who seek to make a difference in our client work and in our community and society. Our company tagline is, “People. Insight. Technology.” We specialize in persuasive content, social media distribution, and engagement advertising. We value a culture of continuous testing and improvement.

Jobs at AHG include a base salary and profit sharing. We appreciate flexibility, variety, and collaboration in our daily schedules and value results over putting in face time. We set daily and weekly priorities in morning meetings and communicate as needed, typically working 30-40 hours per week in full-time roles. While revenue does fluctuate with the political cycle, AHG seeks to develop a core team for 2022 that will work together through the 2024 presidential.

Founded by Adriel Hampton and Amy Marie Zock in 2015, AHG has contributed to dozens of progressive campaigns and projects across the country, from local elections to national independent expenditures. We’ve done everything from standalone websites to persuasive Facebook ad campaigns with six figure budgets. We aim to make a positive difference in the 2022 midterm elections, the 2024 presidential, and beyond.

We are an equal opportunity employer and offer flexible full-time, part-time, contract, and partner-track roles. All positions are remote. There are no additional benefits at this time.
