The Adriel Hampton Group (AHG) is a boutique digital strategy and content firm based in California. In 2021, we will be working to grow a mutual-aid focused game studio, contributing to 2022 municipal, state, and federal campaigns, and delivering consistent content and reach for nonprofit clients such as RootsAction. Our cannabis-friendly firm advocates for racial justice and reparations, Medicare-for-All, the Green New Deal, $15 minimum wage, student debt forgiveness, grassroots pandemic relief, and against militarism and U.S. imperialism. 

Seeking an Experienced Client Services Director

The key to successful client engagements at AHG is a steady flow of new campaigns and new client launches. We succeed when we offer both proven and novel strategies and swiftly follow up with quality testing and implementation.

AHG’s Client Services Director is a key role as we strive to serve and retain a small number of clients with big goals. To fulfill this role, you’ll need to have two years or more of recent experience working in client services and on deadline. This isn’t a developer position, but you’ll work with developers. This isn’t a posting position, but you will post. This isn’t a graphic design job, but you will create graphics. This isn’t a project management position, but you will manage projects.

You are a hands-on technologist who enjoys working closely with peers to create and deliver ambitious campaigns. At AHG, you’ll assist with light web projects, client social media, production plans, web briefs, strategic plans, email newsletter schedules and production, and video editing. You’ll work closely with other AHG staff and especially our artists, freelance partners, and client teams. You’ll create and maintain campaign schedules, and run production across the company in concert with AHG’s senior project manager. Facebook and/or Google ads production experience is a big plus!

Work hours are typically M-F with flexible full-time schedules in the Pacific and Eastern time zones. Salary for this position is $5,000 per month with potential for bonuses and profit sharing. There are no additional benefits at this time.
